Designed the Milletology recipe book for the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA), developed in partnership with ITC Hotels. The publication brought together millet-based recipes in an engaging and structured editorial format, combining culinary content with thoughtful visual design to promote greater awareness, appreciation and contemporary use of millets.
